Founded in 1990, Rehm Thermal Systems is today the technology and innovation leader for systems for the economical production of electronic components. The headquarters of the internationally operating company is in Blaubeuren-Seißen. There are other company-owned branches around the world – including in China, Mexico and the USA. In addition to reflow soldering systems with convection, condensation or vacuum, drying and coating systems, Rehm Thermal Systems also produces high-quality equipment for the metallization of solar cells.

Rehm Thermal Systems’ customers come from a wide variety of areas: medical technology, aerospace technology, power electronics and military technology, but above all the automotive industry. And so, with its innovative systems and individual software solutions, the Rehm company also promotes topics such as electromobility or Industry 4.0 together with its customers in order to be prepared for the future of industrial assembly production.

More than 600 employees worldwide are currently working to ensure the success of Rehm Thermal Systems – 25 trainees and two dual students at the company headquarters alone. Because in addition to innovative solutions and future concepts, the Rehm company has also committed itself to the professional advancement of young people.
