The city administration of Ulm is a modern service company with around 2,600 employees. Administrative tasks only make up part of the tasks. In addition to the core administration, there are numerous holdings and subsidiaries.
Efficiency and efficiency are a matter of course for municipal action. At the same time, it is about more than just yield considerations: the city administration is first of all committed to citizenship. The occupations and training paths of the people employed by the city are as diverse as the tasks: Around 130 occupations are represented.
The city trains itself in 28 different professional fields; Around 110 young women and men are currently undergoing training or an internship.
