Not just for tourists: The UlmCard

10. August 2015

The UlmCard allows one to experience Ulm and Neu-Ulm cheaper. Not only numerous free and reduced services but also free travel on buses and trams within the boundaries of the both cities are of particular interest.

The admission to eight museums or the participation in a guided city tour, including a visit to the Ulm Minster, is also free. The UlmCard provides discounted entry fees for the swimming pools Wonnemar and Bad Blau. The cinema “Xinedome”, the zoo “Tiergarten Ulm” and the bicycle rental “ulmer stadtrad” also offer discounts for the UlmCard holders. Visiting the Ulm Minster or a boat trip on the Danube with “The Ulm sparrow”, a visit to a theatre or a shopping spree in the shops of the Ulmer City Marketing are cheaper with the UlmCard. For refreshment in the meantime, many gastronomic establishments offer small snacks.

The blue UlmCard for one day costs 12 euros and the green UlmCard for 2 days costs 18 euros. The UlmCard is available at the Tourist-Information in the Stadthaus and at the Service Point of the “Deutsche Bahn” in the main train station of Ulm.
