The Baden-Württemberg Festival of Gymnastics is a fascinating event not only for numerous athletes who will have the opportunity to showcase their skills at tournaments and public presentations, but also for all visitors who are interested in movement and thrilling sports performances. The main festival activities will be held at two venues: the Ulm-Messe and Münsterplatz.
One of the highlights will be the FunSport Zone at the Ulm-Messe, where street basketball, bouldering, wallbars and much more will be offered. Tricky tasks can be solved in a team during the outdoor obstacle course or geocaching.
Interactive offers at the Ulm Children Gymnastics World are addressed to children and their parents. The seven continents can be explored in a playful way at the mobile Gymnastics World of the Children Gymnastics Foundation Baden-Württemberg. Bouncy castles, a Pedalo PlayMobile-Trailer and other activities can be enjoyed here. You can visit the Ulm Children Gymnastics World place from Thursday 28 July – Sunday 31 July 2016 at the Münsterplatz.
“Fitness meets Münsterplatz” gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy working out outdoors together with other festival participants. The 15-minute workouts will be conducted by famous trainers, who will present new fitness, gymnastics and health trends. The fitness programme will include cross training, „Fünf Esslinger“ exercises, kickboxing aerobics, the Pilates meets FlexiBar® training as well as knee and hip exercises.
