Our member company Beurer is one of the winners of the German Health Award 2023 in the two categories “Digital heart centers & mobile ECG” and “Blood pressure and pulse measuring devices – branded apps”. For the second time, the news channel ntv and the German Institute for Service Quality are awarding the award (DISQ) this price. The award focuses on customer satisfaction and shows which healthcare providers are leaders. The award ensures more transparency in the health sector.
623 companies were evaluated in 68 categories. In an extensive survey designed to represent the population, around 45,000 customer opinions on the topic of “customer satisfaction with providers from the healthcare industry” were collected via an online panel.
Topics such as value for money, offerings and customer service were crucial. But the following points were also taken into account in the evaluation: quality and benefits of the products, variety of offerings, reliability, contact options on site, by telephone, chat, email and via social media channels, willingness to recommend and reactions to customer inquiries regarding advice and friendliness.
Marketing Manager Kerstin Glanzer and Medical Sales Manager Kilian Kufner accepted the award at the Beurer headquarters in Ulm.

The “Beurer Campus” is also worthy of an award and receives the coveted architecture prize ICONIC AWARD
The “Beurer Campus” was awarded the coveted architecture prize ICONIC AWARD: Innovative Architecture “Winner” by the German Design Council. As part of the award ceremony, which took place on October 4, 2023 in Munich, the planners and architects from the Neu-Ulm architectural firm Nething accepted the award for the designed office building.
